Since 1995, the AGC has organized an annual residential training, refresher, and discussion program for both associated and non-associated directors and choristers.

Since 2017, the course has moved to a new location, returning to the city where it originally was held. In recent years, the course has been held in Folgaria (Trento). For a long time, the course was held in Baselga di Piné.

A meeting where one or more qualified teachers lead the course, proposing new pieces, reinterpretations of existing ones, and teaching conducting and vocal technique. This experience represents a crucial turning point in each choir member's development, but also an opportunity to discuss and share the values of choral singing.
